It's very helpful to try to identify the correct equipment and any other needs that may arise from reviewing the plan layout. 2. Verifying it's acceptable to value engineer & provide alternate equipment where feasible? 3. What are the custom needs for Item #1, Undercounter Dishwasher? High Temp, or Low Temp, etc. High Temp units run a little more than Low Temp Chemical Washing. Do you need this equipment provided, or is it going to be provided by others? 4. Wire Shelves Item #20, Posts are not shown on the listing - Please advise if 74" High will be sufficient, Will these be a total of 5 shelving units, 4-tier? Thank you.

We are open to the model of the dishwasher High Temp please VE this and we will need the equipment provided for this. 4. Wire Shelves Item #20, Posts are not shown on the listing - Please advise if 74" High will be sufficient, Will these be a total of 5 shelving units, 4-tier? Can you provide pricing for both 4 & 5 tier shelving units, nothing much higher than 5 as we need it to be accessible for our staff. Thanks!

Please advise - we are only to provide equipment per your listing on Bid Bid, not the equipment schedule on the floor plan? Do you need (2) Double Stack Convection Ovens? Floor Plan only shows (1) Double Stack Unit.

We can bid based on this location and the items suggested but if you can provide pricing per the list that will be great as well. Sorry for the extra work we are needing to different estimates both equally important timing wise. Please provide pricing for the equipment schedule on the floor plan as well. 1 double stack for this location, this site is not our typical layout. Thanks!
